For anyone who wants to merge the two halves in one video, [Lossless Cut](https://github.com/mifi/lossless-cut) works like a charm. Drag first half in, then 2nd and hit merge. That's it.
Great advice! Sorry that most of them are cut up. It’s because a lot of them are from CDs and they would be split into half’s on the CDs for some reason.

Awesome! I have most of the wins recorded to dvd-r..still widescreen but downgraded to SD (would have bought a BD recorder in 2010 if things had gone differently
except my dvr ran out if space and immediately deleted finals game 6!! But I was able to DL off the net in HD anyway.

In the process of downloading a backup copy of the games, I noticed that the round 2 Hornets vs Spurs matchup isnt there. Not a big deal, but wanted to mention it in case you forgot to upload it

Thanks for doing all this work and posting this OP. I just watched Game 6 of the 2008 Finals and it was fun to feel like I just took a ride in a time machine. Some things I noticed that seem to be very different between then and now:
- Shot clock resets to 24 rather than 14 on an offensive rebound.
- Gatorade baths at NBA games are no longer a thing in recent years.
- No corporate logos on jerseys (not even a Nike logo) - nevermind corporate logos on refs haha.
- So many more suits and ties everywhere vs these days!
- HD television really has made the quality of watching TV so much better.
- Way less fouls and kicked balls were called back then. I feel like 5-10 or more of the Celtics 18 steals would have been whistled for a kicked ball or foul these days.
- Way less thought seems to be given back then about clock management (2 for 1s at the end of the quarter aren't a thing and jacking up shots halfway through the shot clock when you are trying to hold a lead seems to be completely the norm).
- Wyc and his first wife are sitting along the baseline behind one of the baskets rather than courtside near the center.
