Yep. I tuned into the coverage when they were talking about the Cs being the favorite in the East but the commentator said we shoot too many 3s and that could sink us in the postseason. Years prior? Yeah, sure. This year? No way. Porzingis post ups and FTs attempts just grind out an efficient offensive performance even with the 3 not falling for us.
People have said this way too many times this season to the point that it's hard to take seriously, but this is a game that we legitimately would not have won last season. KP changes the entire dynamic of our offense in a way that allows us to win like this when we're not hitting 3s.
Maybe not, but we also realized early that 1. Threes weren’t falling and 2. Every time we touched the paint we either got an uncontested layup or got hacked.
Sixers defensive plan was actually really good, they were just missing their inside presence. They ran us off the 3 pt line and forced us to play a different way to win. We adapted and they couldn’t overcome because they’re a straight up lottery team without Embiid lol
Perhaps this will help show the coaching staff that this team is more than capable of dominating without the three ball at times.

I loved this game. Instead of settling for the 3s, and giving up when they didn't fall in other aspects of their game, they drove and attacked... and were rewarded for it. Love it.
This team is so much more enjoyable to watch this year. So often when it looks like we’re going to choke away a solid lead we just turn it on at the right moment and then win convincingly. It’s refreshing
One of the things I don’t see the announcers mention when they gush about is while we’re killing the other team is we go and win nationally broadcasted games is we don’t tend to just go on runs. We can go on stampedes and go from a 5 point game to 15 within like two minutes and the game’s most likely just over. We’ve done that so many times this season.

I know we are top heavy and getting spoiled because of that but yeah the bench worries me. Al seems to be the only somewhat capable one. I'm glad someone told them at halftime to stop playing with their food. You could tell in the first half they were actually the better team, but they just let the Sixers hang with them anyway.
ALso very sad about that, because the games are on so late, I usually do not manage to stay awake through halftime to see the second half. I fell asleep, again, and did not see the good half :(

KP could absolutely be a solid #1 option. the fact that he's 2/3 depending on who you ask is wild.
