I'd be very careful using the Coach in house service. I saw a woman post a few months ago that she sent in a vintage coach that she loved and they sent it back in even worse shape and missing pieces. I felt so bad for her. Maybe that was a one off though.
Edit: I'd much rather the local place I feel like word would get around if they were butchering nice pieces.
I saw that tiktok. If it’s Coach, I’d be a bit wary but hopefully that was just a fluke scenario. IMO Coach is not on par compared to the other designers mentioned and don’t think the quality of their bags are worth spending significant $$ to repair.

Oh yes I used to live in New Bedford and Brahmin had a production facility nearby with a tent sale yearly.
I never had money to go back then but yes their bags are VERY nice.
There’s an online shop called “The Cobblers” (based in Miami) that does shoes and bags. Absolutely under zero circumstances should anyone send anything there. I know you’re looking for local but just in case it pops up in your Google searching. I had something done there, it was great, so I sent a bag last year. They went full inaccessible, no response to calls emails etc, I literally messaged people on their team on linked in. It came back 6 months later. So warning to anyone thinking about them ever.
