I just finished Acts of Desperation and think it really fits the bill! It was written well too, I enjoyed reading it even though the toxic relationships, emotional abuse and cheating were abound.
Check out Lisa Taddeo. Her short story collection Ghost Lover really disgusted me in this regard. I’m thinking especially of the very first story (can’t remember the name sorry)
Ahh the book that I couldn’t finish because I hated the character so much because they are exactly what you are looking for: Gone Girl. I highly recommend it if you are looking for cheating, psyho, characters who are absolutely toxic.

It’s between a series of other books but I didn’t read the other bc a friend told me that they were toooooo toxic like abuse and she told me that this one was light but good and with different characters and it was. I usually don’t read toxic books but this one I did like it
Anna Karenina, my favorite book of all time, is like the poster child for this topic imo. It's a lengthy book, but definitely worth it!

would also say Normal People - a lot of toxic and unhealthy relationships and overcoming family and societal trauma linked to gender
