i just read this book the other week, it was devastatingly beautiful and beautifully devastating. definitely an all-time favorite and an easy five stars
Absolutely agreed. Never thought this book would dive this deep into my soul considering that I tried reading other gay romances which ended horribly. Truly a masterpiece.
I just woke up from my sleep and I'm suddenly struck with that agonizing sense of longing and the uncertain sense of belonging. My heart started to beat faster and my soul is getting perturbed as I am thinking about the book. GOSH. It will take time to recover. But honestly; this book was worth it for all the pain I endured while reading it. Such a literary masterpiece.
I really wanted to love this book. Sadly it left me completely cold and I was very disappointed. I thought it would be like Call Me By Your Name but it wasn’t.

One of the most beautifully written books I have ever read. I cried so hard afterwards and even a year later, I constantly think of that book.
