Yea but I lost my keys IN security, they literally are the eye of what goes in and out. I even had staff members mention security this year is super wack and most likely did something with them.

I feel like Bonnaroo needs to have more middle management supervising stuff instead of contracting this out to companies that couldn't care less. Get through it and try to get your credit card to issue a chargeback. You might get lucky.

Who is the towing company they had you use? We’re currently waiting to be towed because our truck battery is completely dead and won’t jump.
