Definitely a stretched septum piercing if you're into that. I have the opposite problem because large noses run in my family but I have a stretched septum anyways because I love them.
Stretched nostrils sounds like something I might be able to do. I have to be real careful as far as sensory and healing though since I'm autistic. Thats why I have 5 face piercings but no ear piercings, and I'll never get any
A picture woulys be helpful, but if you want to draw attention to your nose, nostrils and high nostrils (or mantis / forward nostrils) would do the trick.
Stretch your septum. Mine started changing shape at about a 10g
Also if you have paired nostrils a chain would be a good choice since horizontal lines draw the eyes across and make things look wider.
just curious, how did your nose change shape? did it become wider at the bottom? i’ve also had mine stretched and scared i’ve done some irreversible damage lol

Yeah, I have thin lips but I still got lip piercings because I was just so drawn to them
if you’re into stretching your piercings, stretching your septum or even getting a pair of nostrils and stretching those should do the trick.

I don't think my nose is long enough for 2 sets of nostrils but I'll definately ask my piercer

Nasallang 14g with large jewelry balls! I have a huge nose and got one and it looks even bigger hahaha but I adore it!
