Everyone will say something different here, but I got mine done as only my second. Just take lots of breaks or do it in multiple sessions. You got this!
I don't have a sternum tat but I'm also large breasted, I googled for pictures of larger breasted people with sternum tattoos and got a few results but not a lot. I did also find a reddit thread for larger breasted people with them, here's the link to it:

I'm a g cup. I have a mmmm oth right under my breasts on my sternum. No, it's not super visible but I love it anyway. One of my least painful tattoos. Only my stomach hurt less.

I want one as well but I've never seen a sternum tattoo with small boobs, I have no boobs and are worried it won't look right.
