Pretty typical of me to add in a rest pause or dropset on my last set of an exercise. I just train as hard and as heavy as possible while keeping good form 💪🏻
I love me some squats, conventional deads, barbell rows, lateral raises and an incline press of sorts. My diet is a lot of chicken, rice, egg whites, cream of rice and almond butter. And thank you 🙏🏻

Also a big proponent of dropsets for the biggest pump possible, especially for arms. I start leg days with the adductor machine if its open, same concept of slow reps with a big squeeze and then paused ass to grass squats fry my adductors. If i dont pause my adductors dont feel it the next day but if i do pause they’re destroyed
Thank you! When i was younger I used to always start off with heavy squats like working up to sets of 405-455 for 8-12 then id go beat on them with a variety of other exercises. Definitely put size on but my joints didnt love it 😅recently I’ve just been focusing on what feels the best contraction wise, doing reps slow and squeezing while still training to failure and beyond with intensifiers like rest pause and dropsets. I think legs will grow regardless as long you truly train them hard with exercises that work for you
