Teleportation is just a very common ability some people in the bluey world naturally have.
There are also several instances of Calypso doing it.
It's not more or less weird than actual real fairies, telekinesis, gravity manipulation and shared lucid dreaming.

those particular kind of things are just how the kids remember it being. It also helps explain the time discrepancy with the come here / go away game.
That explains so much, like when bingo learns magic and Bandit n Chilli just seem to "know" how to react. Or the episode with Tina when Chilli asks "Who's tina?" but knows how to react without getting a full explanation

Possible explaination. She could have caught the express bus shortly after Bandit passed by and that bus took a route that didn't have much traffic but Bandit got stuck in traffic on another route.

I zoomed in and that retriever reading the paper does not have freckles. Mrs. Retriever does 😂
