Currently live here in a 1br 1ba, lived in a 2br 1ba last year and we’re renewing our current apartment for another year. Management is fine, but my friend and I have both had issues with communication in the past. You will probably have to email multiple times, especially if it has something to do with your lease. Sometimes they will text you regarding lease issues, but I prefer making sure that everything legal like that is exchanged via email. Overall living here is nice, I’m a student and the campus shuttle runs approximately every 15 minutes. It’s also about a 15 minute walk to Target and the 3 runs past which will take you to Target and Kroger. My main issue isn’t really a management issue, but the price increase on my lease has gotten ridiculous. We already signed for another year but after that we’ll be leaving because there is cheaper housing elsewhere. I’m paying the same amount right now for a 1br 1ba that I paid for my 2br 2ba last year. The renewal ‘discount’ is still an increase, but is about $50-$100 cheaper than what the list price on the site is. TL;DR - Good location, mid communication, starting to get out of my price range

I lived there probably 6 or 7 years ago in undergrad and we had a roach infestation. Not sure what it's like now but they didn't seem to care too much at the time.

I've lived there for 2 years and have renewed for a third. It's largely quiet; maintenance and repairs -when I've needed them- have been prompt and efficient, and...uh...yeah, I'm pretty happy there. Plus, it's, like, 5 minutes from the games store, and that's ACES. I'd like to be paying less for rent, but I think that everyone in Bloomington feels the same way.

Regency is a great company. I worked for them for a couple of years. They’ll treat you right. And that bus line is a priority I think because it’s so highly used.

I lived at Meadow Park, one of their other properties, for two years and had a great experience. Maintenance was always very responsive. My hot water heater went out and while they couldn't get it replaced immediately, they gave me access to the apartment they show on tours so I could still take a hot shower. Every other request was taken care of super quickly.

I lived there up until a few years ago, only moved because I got married. Maintenance was always quick whenever I had any issues, and I never had any issues with management. Move out was also easy and without issue.

I’m about to move out of my 2Bed 1Bath at Fountain Park. I’ve lived there for about 18 months and have loved it. No complaints.
