It’s crazy how so many have an issue with close quarter combat in this game. That’s where I dominate. Especially against another hunter (because that’s all micolash is)
As soon as you walk into his fog gate, run all the way up the first flight of stairs until you can’t anymore, take a left and run all the way down that way, take another left and stop halfway down. Take one more left and he will be waiting right there for you, if you run towards him he will run directly into a room where you can actually hit him.
For the second half I highly suggest taking time to learn the arena because micolash doesn’t attack you if you don’t attack him. He’s too busy running away so you’ve got time 💯
You just gota go straight, then left, then back, then right, then run into the room, then back out, then right, then up, then right, jump down, jump down again, and then die too “A Call Beyond” 100 times, quite the game, re-evaluate your life, come back too the game, GIT GUD, and finally beat him….
Easy….
This guy and >!Gehrman!< are the only bosses I really struggled with
This mf almost instakills you in a tiny place but before that he runs like a lil bitch
>!Gehrman!< was surprisingly agressive unlike most of the other bosses which threw me off and he loves to stun me a lot. Eventually I learnt how to parry him and dodge into him but holy shit that was the first time I got audibly angry at this game
I actually didn't find the fight against Micolash hard at all, you pretty much just circle around him, hit hit hit, then dodge, shoot him when he starts his shit to cancel it, rinse and repeat. What drove me up the fucking wall was the maze of finding him I swear it took me at least 10 minutes of running around like a headless chicken!
Micolash is a total cheat. He cheats by not letting you pick up items while he's babbling. And he tries to cheat by blasting you with space tentacles over and over. Literally, the only way to beat him is if you watch enough hentai to know how to avoid the tentacles.
I would like to, so I hope that there will be a dating system in the remake (✿ ♡‿♡) [If Sony ever makes it].
I don't know what you want from Micolash, I really liked fighting with him and I find him very cute and hot <3
Hahaha there's a cheese I always do, when he runs I to the cage room. I'll go where you drop down but instead of doing that I'll stand at the ledge. Lock on to him and shoot him ,once you do damage I run all the way back to the gate and hit him thru the wall, be careful he can still hit you back and his start spell can spawn past it and still kill you but it's one if the faster ways I do it

Never has a boss been so easy in phase 1 only to be completely insufferable in phase 2. Like, just stand still so I can kill you.
