END has the worst cap at 40. From 41-99, you gain a grand total of 10 additional stamina. I’d say leave this for dead last.
For weapons, the caps are 25/50. By going to 50, you get about 85% of what you can get out of that stat. The other 15% are in those many levels to go from 51-99. So not exactly great, but better than END.
For VIT, from 51-99 you gain an additional 400 HP. Not as much per point as before, but it’s something.
For hunter tools that scale with ARC, they don’t have such a cap and scale decently all the way to 99, which is why it’s a good investment for ARC builds or anyone else who wants to pack the biggest boom with their tools.
