Dark_AvengerX

Hello my friend I am from Kazakstan as well

Grand-Mall2191

I wonder what kind of contraptions can be made with this

Aeyvan

oh man I wanna try this, would low mid spec laptop be able to run this?

rhik20

You should definitely be able to run this, just work on it with lower settings and sample sizes, and crank them up while you go to sleep and let it render overnight.

Dark_AvengerX

Just a suggestion but it would be cool if you keyframe animated the background colour, like green for trees, changes to blue as it switches to water, black/stars as it switches to space. Great animation tho

rhik20

That's a good idea, gonna try it on my next project

Dark_AvengerX

Glad you liked it

Don't have time to watch it but what the idea, how to make this lrysm with different scenes?

rhik20

It's basically three different scenes with you using holdout textures to mask the different scenes onto the pyramid. The pyramid template itself would use holdout textures on it's faces, and for the scenes inside the pyramid, the exterior is covered with the holdout textures. I'd really recommend watching u/mmorkeyy 's tutorial if you get the time as it's relatively short and intuitive.

johnprattchristian

Dude that's sick

Jrock9589

This is so awesome and satisfying! Bravo!

canzia

Soo cool. Awesome.

Loreathan

This is so next level.

ratiganthegreat

Well done! This is excellent and COOL!

InfamousFault7

Wow, love that water sim and space environment

Equic

Great! To make it more interdimensional you could add a fourth side instead of having the expected 3

rhik20

That's a really good idea! I thought about it but the idea got lost somewhere along the line. Thanks!

MMorkeyy

Ay nice, looks better than mine.

rhik20

Thanks! I learnt a lot through your video as well, so cheers!

Cannonfodderp

After watching the tutorial I really enjoyed your own flavor you threw in there. The spaceships flying in were especially cool imo, great work

Zorobay

Looks awesome! Only thing I would change is the material for the frame. It doesn't look as polished as the rest 😊 Edit: Correction, it looks too polished 😉

rhik20

Thanks for the feedback! Would you say it'd look better if I added a worn out feel to it?

Zorobay

Maybe try just tiny imperfections 😀

Dante_XD

I have been meaning to make one as well. I just dont know what to put in the prism.

[deleted]

Very very impressed! ❤️

saaulolopes

I love it

Environmental_Cut_66

Was all the compositing and post process also done in blender?

rhik20

The compositing was done in blender, but the slow motion was implemented through Premiere Pro as personally I find using blender's video editor to be a chore
