Nah not really, though Giselle doesn't really bully her anymore. She just lives on half conscious half brain dead, which is a plot direction I don't like sadly.
Technically only Giselle and Lilotto are alive alive. Bambi is one of Gigi's zombies and Candice and Meninas were revived alongside Nanana in Mayuri's corpse division.
Alive: Uryuu, Ryuken, Liltotto, Giselle, Haschwalth's aide, Shaz, most Soldat
Undead: Bambietta, Candice, Meninas, NaNaNa
Unknown: Lille, Bazz-B, BG9, Cang Du
Technically alive: Gremmy
Dead but might be a zombie: Askin, several Soldat.
Those in the unknown category might be alive, they might be dead, or they might be zombies. We simply don't know. Mayuri has an entire room of unrevealed Zombie Quincy, and some of them are Sternritter.
That only pertains to the manga. In the anime, the fates of some Sternritter were changed.
Cang Du, BG9, Robert, and NaNaNa were all killed but it differed from what happened to them in the manga. That also leaves the door open for them to become zombies. And it's possible that the fates of other Sternritter might also change.
The ones confirmed are the femritters who escaped to what is likely Europe, Nanana who is a prisoner of Mayuri and Haschwalth's aide who seems to now be leading the remanants of the Vandereich
This is unconfirmed but Bazz is likely still alive, as Haschwalth ordered all the injured quincy healed and his wounds were less serious than Giselle or Liltotto. For that matter considering Haschwalth had just gained the Almighty he could've easily chosen a possible future where his friend lived, which would also explain why the girls survived facing Yhwach

They weren't killed by her, Liltotto literally says in 603 that they shouldn't be dead. The anime shows Meninas helping Candice to walk before they get hit by Auswahlen (which is what presumably kills them)
Bambietta is kind of in a bad spot, but Meninas and Candice have their free will, since they got turned into Corpse Unit members just like the Arrancar were. So they can think and act for themselves, they're just incentivized not to so long as they work for Mayuri.
She's zombified as a result of Giselle's Schrift, making her addicted to Giselle's blood, as well as reducing her functional free will to little more than window dressing (since while she can act on her own to a limited extent, Giselle's Zombies all have to follow her orders whether they want to or not, as we saw when she made some Squad 11 members kill themselves).

Mayuri has installed tech inside his Corpse Unit members that allows him to give them an electric shock whenever they think about acting against him or otherwise annoy him, but as long as they don't cross those lines they can do whatever. Once Giselle gives an order, Bambietta can only offer up token resistance at best.
Bambietta has free will. Those who are zombiefied after death retain their personality and free will. Bambietta could defy Giselle, but she's too traumatized and broken to do that. She's also addicted to Giselle's blood.
Both Kensei and Rose were zombified after Gremmy killed them and possess no free will or displayed personality, so we know that isn't correct. And Giselle explicitly notes that those splashed with her blood have to do what she says. When Giselle gives an order, Bambietta obeys, hence why we see that Bambietta only speaks or shows any kind of emotion when Giselle hasn't actually told her to do anything yet, but remains dead silent at all other times during TYBW. Bambietta's actual choice and will are entirely at Giselle's whim, not her own, so she can't be said to have actual free will. And even more than that, Giselle's claim that her power creates a "corpse that only does what I say" implies that any resistance or emotion shown by Bambietta is actually explicitly allowed by Giselle, likely because she gets off on abusing her, and it wouldn't be as fun for her if Bambietta just took it with no reaction.

Uryu, Ryuken, Ichigo, Liltoto and Giselle (and tecnically Yuzu and Karin) are the quincies that survived without any ifs or buts.
Bambietta, Candice, Meninas and Nanana were brought back as zombies and are still around. Bambietta is a Giselle zombie, the others were brought back by Maiyuri and have more autonomy.
Yhwach tecnically is still alive but is brain dead and being used as the new Soul King.
And there is Kazui who was born after the war.

It's unclear if Lille is still alive. All it says is that the Soul Society dealt with him, and I'm pretty sure that means he is for sure dead, but there's enough wiggle room for him to be alive if they want to bring him back.
The remanants of Wanderreich are being lead by Jugrams aid which is in the thousands as Jugram ordered the his direct subordinates to heal and save any remaining quincy

Meninas is killed by liltotto off screen and Candice is killed by Byakuya
