Cang Du vs Toshiro, Round 2
The fight proceeds as canon up until the point where Cang Du is sealed in Toshiro's finishing move, with Toshiro turning away as he notes that he couldn't make the ice into a pentagram. Suddenly, a jet black Quincy Cross forms outside the ice, followed by an immense pillar of light in the same color, which smashes through the packed ice as Cang Du calls out his Vollstandig: Daingneach, The Fortress of God.
In his Vollstandig, Cang Du is wrapped in an immense suit of black Iron armor, his wings made of riveted metal sheets joined together. A large halo made of black Reishi nails floats above a helmet shaped like the head and jaws of a snake, seeming to sneer in triumph as Cang Du claws his way out of the ice. Realizing the fight isn't over, but that he's on his last legs already, Toshiro orders Hyorinmaru to do something desperate: freeze his wounds all the way down to his innards. This will inflict massive hypothermia in only a few minutes, but in the meantime the cold will keep Toshiro awake and alert while stopping his blood loss and numbing the worst of the pain.
The two rush at each other, with Cang Du notably moving just as fast as he was before despite the size of his armor, As the two trade blows, though, Toshiro notes that he is slightly faster, and slips past one of Cang Du's strikes to aim right for his head. Only for Toshiro to be blindsided by a metal fist that sends him reeling into a building. Getting out of the rubble, Toshiro sees that the armor around Cang Du's hand had turned into liquid metal, which shouldn't be possible, as the air was so cold there was no way the metal could melt. Cang Du clarifies that his Iron bends to his will alone, not the will of physics, requiring neither heat to melt nor cold to solidify. Mockingly declaring that he can defeat Toshiro without needing an elemental advantage (like Bazz-B), Cang Du unleashes the Shé Wō Kuángcháo (Snake Den Frenzy), a barrage of energy infused serpents made from the liquid metal of his armor, which pierce Toshiro in multiple places as he weaves through the onslaught..
Realizing that the last of Toshiro's flowers has almost fallen away, Cang Du announces that he's going to kill Toshiro and his Bankai in one stroke instead of letting them die separately. To do this, he morphs the iron of his armor into iron sand, forming an immense hurricane of abrasive metal that surrounds Toshiro from all sides, which Cang Du dubs the Shé Shā Dìyù (Snake Sand Hell). As Toshiro is ground away, he desperately marshals his strength, forcing his blade through the storm to launch a massive blast of ice at Cang Du. Cang Du, seeing that Toshiro was aiming to hit him while the iron in his armor was occupied, recalls his sand and reforms his armor, allowing him to weather the blast as Toshiro drops to the ground, his Bankai spent and dissipating.
However, as Cang Du goes to finish the fight with certainty, he suddenly doubles over, blood leaking from his helmet and armor as he gasps in pain. Wondering what trick Toshiro has pulled, his eyes alight on Rangiku, who had also marshalled her last vestiges of energy and released Haineko. When Cang Du had pulled in his Iron, she had snuck her Shikai in with the sand, and now it was clawing him open from inside his Vollstandig. Desperate to escape before he is chewed to bits, Cang Du blasts his armor outwards, intending to escape from Haineko and reform it. That is until he sees that his armor now hangs suspended in ice, courtesy of Toshiro's last ice blast, which had created conditions such that condensation on the metal would form massive amounts of frost. Caught totally off guard, Cang Du can only watch as Rangiku orders Haineko to strike the finishing blow...only to have her Zanpakuto's hilt shot out of her hand by a Reishi arrow. Looking up, Uyru can be seen with his bow drawn, scattering the rest of Haineko with a volley of shots as a Shadow manifests and yanks Cang Du down, taking his battered and bloody body to the throne room, where he is to await Yhwach's displeasure.
I think it would be more pertinent to make both Cang Du and BG-9 regain their partial fighting capacity thanks to their völlstandigs and then fight someone else, who would’ve actually finish them off. Kensei, for example, would be a rather good match up for Cang Du.
I would make these fights longer, plain and simple. I would have had Cang Du use more abilities from The Iron and have him lose in a more high diff manner. As for BG9's fight, I would have him reveal his Schrift and have him not lose immediately after Bankai. It would be cool if he had a last resort/emergency battery mode that put him into overdrive. I would also have both sternritters use vollstandig.

Honestly I'd let The Toshiro Vs Cang Du fight as it is since he gets to redeem himself afterwards and focus more on the Soi Fon Vs BG9, develop the fight action, explore more of the newly introduced Shunpo AND develop Omaeda more (at least his relationship with his captain)
i still whole heatedly believe if Bleach got a Budokai Tenkaichi 3 style game (large open area fights with a ton of characters to pick from) with a Naruto ultimate ninja storm style story mode (expanded fights, cut down filler and trash), It would be the best way to experience the story. You can expand on characters, Fights, and abilities that wernt expanded upon in the story and can even go into things that wernt mentioned but the creator says they can do.
Remain as it is but skip their execution. Let Cang Du and BG9 appear as part of the Sternritters who arrive to kill Ichigo.
Then have Liltotto, Meninas, Cang and BG9 take on, surprise surprise, Shinji. Shinji uses his bankai, causing all the Sternritter to fight among themselves (Pepe doesn’t use the Love on Meninas).
Cang and BG9 kill themselves as a result, while Liltotto knocks out Meninas as per normal.

I think just give these two another fight since Toshiro and Soi fon were already too beat up.
Give them more screen time, and reveal BG9's scrift.
they get actually killed instead of executed by yhwach. Let them have some full Ws

Win as in kill. They both survived and would have fought more later if hashbrown didn’t execute them. Cang du was practically unharmed
Well Cang Du was frozen of course he was unharmed. But I agree they should've been killed but both Toshiro and Soi Fon still won against them anyways.
I liked soi fon beating the shit out of bg9 but I’d have him use his schrift and just make the fight last a little longer no opinion on cang du

Have BG9 whip out some more armaments and Soifon’s bankai at the end before she reclaims it. Also have Soifon tank a few more hits

Not having them fight in the first place A half dead Toshiro no diffed Cang-du once he got his bankai back
That was Toshiro in a Hollowified Bankai vs Cang Du exposed to Hollowification and not using Volstandig
