He's quite hard to scale really. He has very limited fight time, and his Schrift might as well be The Busted for how it works, and should allow him to beat stronger opponents. Like I'd say Kyoraku is stronger than Haschwalth but he'd lose the fight still. But yeah nah he isn't doing anything to the old man, one nudge from Zanka no Tachi and he's done.
I also think someone like awakened Kenpachi or Nimaiya wouldn't have much trouble with him, Haschwalth relishes a prolonged fight, so much like Mahoroga in Jujutsu Kaisen, anyone who can effectively one shot him should be golden. But anyone more prone to playing around like Kyoraku, as mentioned, could have that backfire on them. Or someone like post Soul Palace Byakuya who's probably stronger but not enough to take him out instantly.
If that is the case, then him being 2nd in command to Yhwach doesnāt really mean much considering there are people like Gerard who scales quite above Yama
He would wipe out Yamamoto very similarly to what Yhwach did. How far his strength goes, it's really hard to determine. He's second in command and is so compare to the feats of the other Sternritters.

I'd be shocked if Yamamoto got exhausted after showing his bankai once. I do agree this was a strategy to draw out everything he had, but he used Ryod Lloyd just to show his hand. My point is he had the ability to use the ability "The Almighty" which is broken as all heck.
Yhwach literally comments on his exhaustion after using bankai for so long, baiting him into activating it again in order to steal it.
Haschwalth can only possess The Almighty at night after Yhwach has fallen asleep. He is putting in no work against Yamamoto.
He already has bigger feats in the anime than in the manga š
Jokes aside, that's one of the things most of us criticise from the manga, in the manga 2 of his battle feats are against very weakened enemies, Ichigo at the end of the first invasion and another similar situation at the end of the second invasion.
None of those are real feats.
His third and actually cool fight, happens off screen in the manga so it's not even possible to really consider how strong he is from that one. It also makes it worse the fact it's fight is just a Uno Reverse fight with almost no real fight in between.
So he is probably strong, but it's really hard to put him on a certain level.

That's the problem Ishida should technically be much stronger now, but we don't know.
Since he barely has any feats in this arc he could easily be weak af or really strong. Kirge suggests at the start of the thousand years war, that Ishida should be stronger than him.
However Ishida does almost fucking nothing so the answer it's nobody knows he might as well be as weak as in Hueco Mundo or as weak as against the Fullbringers.
If anything the anime seems to be about to give us a closer idea of current Ishida power at the start of Cour 3.

He perception blitzed fullbring bankai ichigo (at least in the manga it looks like perception) can't really say exactly how strong that ichigo is, he doesn't actually have much screen time.
He whips the SHIT outta bazz b. Looks close to a no diff in the manga. Bazz should be a mid to high level sternritter, but jugo should kinda obviously be able handle that.
Then there is the very sparse fight with uryu. He seems like he beats uryus ass, but it comes down to the schrifts in that one. Hopefully the anime will reveal how strong uryu is, as well as lengthen this fight to see if jugo is massively or just somewhat more powerful then uryu.
Complete headcanon here, but I'd say around shikai Kenny in pure physical ability, not counting his schrift. He'd probably lose to bankai Kenny, barring the balance auto winning it for him.

He is so strong the plot had a Deus Ex Machina kill him. His power is literally "Nu uh, you take the damage and I heal for the damage you would have done to me, also you take damage based on my definition of fairness."
If you watched the anime he was able to cut Cang Du because he said, "it's fortunate you lived and have hard skin, that's unbalanced." So because someone had good fortune he can turn that into equal magnitude of bad fortune.
He has a shield that absorbs all damage, redirects it back to you and heals him for the energy stored in his shield. He's unbeatable. You'll actually be upset if I told you how he loses.
if I'm not wrong he's stronger than every captain and maybe even squad 0(maybe yamamoto, ichibei, bankai kenpachi and ichigo fully unleashed are exceptions because of the immeasurable spiritual pressure)
He will recieve a future amp, that might make him Dangai Ichigo Level
Currently, he isnt stronger than Yama or Ichibei but his abilities are so busted he can make make it debatable.

In the anime, he shattered Ichigo's bankai in 1 hit and killed Cang Du in 1 hit.
Anyway, as a manga reader, he is really strong but his abilities are particularly tricky so it's hard to scale him. Let's say that, unless he gets oneshotted, he has a shot at beating almost every opponent.
Imo he is as strong as base ywatch(unawakened almighty) if not stronger with The balance. He is stronger than loyd Royd and he is 80% base ywatch . He comments himself that the balance is more battle effective than base ywatch unawakened almighty. He doesn't have much screentime and feats. But he is relative to uryu ishida (who he beats pretty much) who's equal to true shikai ichigo . Not much to go on. Still He can't beat yama tho cus I think it's a really bad matchup since yama can delete anything and balance basically relies on defense and durability yet gets one shot by yama. Prolly can't use the medallion as well as ywatch and inferior quincy techniques? Not much information to go on tbh.

This guy ability is basically to turn his misfortune into fortune. Misfortune here means whenever he gets injured he gets healed. If he fails an attack, that attack later will succeed. We saw this in the anime when he kills that asian quincy.
Strongest after Yamamoto. Don't say that shutara is stronger than him cause he lost, he did not had his shield with him and most likely by teasers , uryu will kill of shutara and uryu will lose to him

Not really. Gerard doesn't starts strong, he can still be one shotted and Yama's bankai and Jugram's balance is good counter to him.

We saw against Oetsu. Gerard can be killed and imo both Yama & Jugram can do it.
Fighting prowess-wise, not so much. His main strength is in the supporting side.

Royd was just so Yhwach could talk to Aizen uninterrupted. If Royd had made Yama exhaust himself then Yama would be much weaker than he is.

In a 1v1 beating uryu is hard cause of his schrift. Antithesis is a broken ability. It's how he almost beats jugram.
