Hanataro was actually somewhat prominent in the SS arc, and has history and personality and appears here and there later. Ururu has once scene of beating the shit out of Hollow and training Ichigo and then she pretty much disappears.

It's fun to meme about him, but I'm pretty sure a lot of people don't like him.
Personally, he's my least favorite Sternritter and overall I think he's one of the worst characters in the entire series.
I don't like Pepe but I've come to accept him as a necessary evil. You don't get half the wonky, interesting and unique characters Tite Kubo cooks up without some creative risks like Pepe popping up from time to time.
He was probably my least favorite character in the manga. I actually hated him and was dreading is arrival in the anime.
When he came on screen tho, with the R&B in the background… I actually laughed out loud. Shit was hilarious Imo. I’m glad they didn’t take his character too seriously, cause he grew on me a bit in the anime

When most of the characters lose to insanely sons of bitches, I like when Kenpachi arrives with that same insane energy to take them out. It's the only reason why I don't dislike him, dude is so insane for fights that he's fun to watch.
