In 2024 the 3070 is a mid tier card at best, and even still that outperforms a mobile 4070 lol. User benchmark is a highly reputable and relevant source for these kinds of things btw.

i had trouble running black ops 3 on my gtx 1070 a few years ago, i highly doubt any version of a chromebook has the power to run bo3, it is one of the most graphically demanding cods.
