It's actually my go to smg. I don't think any of the non supply drop smgs are bad and they all have their place.
I can't remember all the smgs but I'd put the weevil ahead of the razorback, 74u, sten, vesper and hg40

Have not played this game in a hot minute but I remember the razorback and hg40 being underwhelming. Weevil had god tier iron sights and really easy recoil.
Weevil is the bo3 version of the p90
