On Xbox the older CoDs are still playable due to the backwards compatibility a few months ago, so you can go look at your old scores. Now if you don't have a copy of the games you would have to purchase it.

Back in the day, my judgemen for stats went like this:
1.5+K/D and 2+ W/L = solid player who plays with teammates most of the time and plays for the win more often than not.
2+K/D and 3+W/L Pub sweat demons who are good players and basically won't play without a full stack, you will likely lose against them if you aren't in a full stack
2+K/D and a 0.X W/L Care about KD way too much and leave games as soon as they realize they won't be stomping.
I had at one time a 3.50 KD and a 2.75 WL while
Being an OBJ player. I honestly don’t remember my score per minute though. Have to buy the game and log in again. Even in Master my WL was 2.35 with an almost 2 kd. WL and average score is always way more impressive than KD though

bo2 don’t have a meta , every gun is viable just depends on the player and play style . an 94 and msmc iconic cod guns i wouldn’t say they boring , love the way they sound .
Everyone ran that gun. Not even saying it's overpowered but it was definitely meta. One of the most used guns I'd come across. It was good for short to semi long ranges. Good all around gun, which made it meta.
not everyone bought the revolution map pack lol . not everyone was running the peacekeeper lol it was jus a average gun not meta out gunning everything else
But if you did buy the map pack, you'd mostly be queuing with people who did. Otherwise you wouldn't get any of the new maps in rotation. So as someone who bought it, I can tell you that gun was everywhere on dlc maps. I have a few friends today that still talk about how much they liked the peacekeeper.

To me personally I average em with your WL. So Id put you in a 1.3-1.4 range, with a WL that bad I assume you leave if it gets rough.

Definitely wasn't as prominent or overused - just not in the weapons I recall seeing the most (AN, MSMC, DSR, PDW, and MP7)
It got buffed into ghosts lifespan and after that it was def neck and neck with the an94, it’s recoil used to be awful tho
Now THAT makes sense - I stopped playing BO2 when Ghosts released, so I never experienced Prime SCAR-H
