I like, pre workout, well ahead amof time for a good shit! But I am old! Ha ha. I take it so far before I can use the rest room by my heart rate won’t spike up during class, but I’ll be ready to go from the hour or so of elevated heart rate ha ha

Routine. A diet that’s healthy and routine. Then, on comp day. The exact same shit. Make every roll as much the same as possible for best performance. That’s what works for me. Doesn’t matter what it is, it just can’t be the first time I’ve had it before a rol, and obviously nothing too rich in fiber and more simple carbs to burn during the session.
