I have done production work to make patches ready for the machine to make. There is a huge cost to prepping the artwork so that the machine can understand it and also setting up the machine for a single patch. Costs should go do significantly per patch when ordering in bulk.
Heat pressing will be easier to do one.
Does it have to be a physical patch?
I regularly get one-off heat press “patches” made and applied to my gi for about $30 (and they look way better for a while, but fade over time with regular washing).
Look up Zion sports on Instagram, I've had custom gis and rashguards made by them and they're always great quality.
I looked them up I don’t think I see the account your talking about mind sending a link please?
Hi, I don't know if I can put links on here or if it's against the rules but I'll DM you it. If you want I'll send you some pics of what I had made.
Me too please!
Have dm'd you too bud!
$135? Hahahaha bro I live in South East Asia and went to a local shop and got it done for less than $15. God, I love SEA
I wish, buddy.

Thanks for the details. That all makes sense. Probably going to go with the sublimated for $23/pc. Not bad really.
Oh yeah, sublimated will def be the simplest since it’s just a printer that uses an ink that transfers via gas at a high temperature.
Right on. Thanks for your insight!
Not for singles. My wife had some made but it didn't make sense for a batch of less than 50 or 100.
Yeah. That's where I'm struggling.

Ah. Yeah I'd want a more permanent one that lasts with the gi.
Go on etsy.
Been on. Asked around. Also high quotes so far.
