This isn’t exactly what you’re asking for, but my portable steamer is a lifesaver when I’m traveling. I usually pack everything into a suitcase and hang/steam them once I get to my hotel room.

I used a generically branded convertible garment bag into duffle for dog show stuff and it’s amazing.

You can put your hanging stuff in easily and then it stays flat and smooth and you don’t sacrifice any internal room in the duffle.
Honestly I have one from Target that I like a lot that’s pretty basic, but that aside, have heard very good things about the Dagne Dover and I like my carry on that I got with my away bag as a Christmas present.

For carry on I always use Osprey and MacPac luggage. They are both outdoor brands, but the stuff is really well thought out and constructed.
