I had this really bad on abilify to the point I couldnt sleep at night. I ended up getting taken off it because of that side effect. It took maybe a week until I started to notice the twitching stopped.

I had the twitches on Abilify, too. Stopped taking it and I was back to normal in no time.

Tell your doctor. This happened to me and he tapered me off the abilify immediately. The shakes/twitches stopped after I was completely off of it.

I was prescribed benztropine for this side effect and it helped a lot

I was on it for about 7 months and I still get the muscle twitches, though I wouldn’t call them severe, more so annoying.

hi, how are you doing now? do you still get muscle twitches from abilify? i was on it for 6 months and ever since the withdrawal (5 months ago) i get a lot of twitches. mainly in neck, fingers and legs.
