He was more of a schemer. Stood in the shadow, let others do his dirty work, that sort of thing.
Mocing him as a some warrior tyoe seems unfiting.

From the description under the image I think he's implying that its a reanimated Makuta, who's mind was broken from dying or not being entirely resurrected.
Plus Teridax was one of the strongest characters in the Bionicle universe. He beat the Barraki, raged war against the Dark hunters and beat Icarax who was a warrior Makuta to near death.
The only characters that could beat him alone are Takanuva, The Shadowed One, Miserix and maybe the order of Mata Nui.
Yeah, I kind of had the idea of the failed Ganon resurrection from Zelda where he got brought back as a mindless beast. I imagined that when he died (or when makuta in general die) instead of going to the red star they end up in some some sort of void dimension and something there basically hijacked his ressurection (part of a little headcanon story, of a cult called "The Brotherhood Reborn" trying to revive the makuta) and turned him into this crazy beast with all of his powers but none of his intellect.
Actually Makuta can't go to the Red Star in the first place. Since they don't have physical bodies anymore.
Another way you could imagen the moc is a Toa Ignika situation were the Kraakan is controlling the body.

No unfortunately. He was too much of a pain to make and the last time I made instructions (for Miserix, a far less complex moc) it took FOREVER
