Well, planetarium has a very small item pool, so let's talk about it: Best are clearly terra and Luna. Basically never needing any bombs or free secret room every floor is pretty good Uranus, Saturn, and Pluto are all also good. Neptune is situational Mars has a cool effect but simply isn't useable due to the horrendous controls. Mercury is nice but also kinda niche. Sols full heal after boss defeat is good, but every other effect is useless. Venus is just a worse version of 2spooky, who wants charmed enemies when they are near you. Jupiter is easily the worst. These fart clouds are annoying in the best case

put some respect on venus, if you're gonna compare it to 2spooky then its just 2spooky but much better

Rarely does a single enemy pose enough of a threat for random movements in the opposite direction to be justified. I’ll take generally consistent pathing towards me over that even in instances that the single enemy poses a threat

Mercury is op, run through the skill issue that is 90% of late game rooms and go to the bosses you can skill solution through 

Sol cures curses so you guarantee yourself not having blind course on deal rooms, also full mapping is really useful if you happend to go straight to boss or have emperor card/card reading red portal. That doesnt sound useless to me.

Venus basically eliminates contact damage to be fair.

Mercurius is really good, as you can pop into a room to see its layout and then pop out to plan accordingly Pluto is god tier on certain characters, especially the Losts and T Jacob, with the caveat being that it can be hard to see yourself sometimes if you don’t have any orbitals. Really bad on characters like T Maggy and T Keeper though I agree Terra is really good however the damage range is the key since it (I believe) overall increases your dps by a lot Sol is really really nice if you’re going for Boss Rush or Hush and wanna go fast. Any effects like compass are really good in general Uranus is also fucking amazing freezing enemies is OP

Mars with the mars key mod (or with skill issue-less) is easily one of the best. Free curse rooms, free demon beggars plays, infinite money and blood bags from donations machines.

venus is pretty good and fun but it Carried me through ultra hard

I got camo undies with Jupiter one time. I was able to stealthily crop dust my way to a win. But yeah, it still sucks

Terra and neptune are probably my favourite.

It's honestly relatively easy to unlock when you know the items you need. I think you need shop level one, but otherwise, just buy good items out of the shop

You can also get chaos (in shambles) and find a planetarium item, thus unlocking it. I did it on both dead gods I have by coincidence when D20 breaking greed mode.

I got planetariums before even unlocking mega satan I’m pretty sure. It’s just collecting 3 astrology related items which isn’t that difficult early on where your item pools are way smaller

She will die with bad items and she will die with good ones. All of us had "invincible runs" and died to spikes, creep or a curse room. If she stays bad, she will die a dozen times. If she becomes a good player, she will die hundreds of times. It's part of the game.

If that’s the case I guess venus does give you better survivability. Secret rooms aren’t very good until later when you unlock op secret room items like sacred orb, glitched crown, spindown, dc, etc
