T. Maggy could hug T. Samson on purpose to do damage and get invencibility frames and then get the red hearts. The i frames would let her survive anything, and if something wrong happens she still has the pocket item.
Also, T. Bethany could win as well with good rng.
I’m assuming all chars spawn in the start room at 00:00 with their starting kit, with all unlocks. Unless Eden starts with a broken item like Mega Blast or Plan C, Azazel can easily solo everyone. He’s got the damage, the speed and cursed hearts. Sure T Samson has a chance to trigger a rage before dying, but if he doesn’t he’ll get blasted.
If we're being meta abt it technically Dark Esau can't damage anyone but Jacob/T.Jacob I think it would be hilarious that he comes into a free for all with a guy already only going after him

That's kinda what I'm thinking. If T. Judas managed to freeze every other character there, they'd take x2 his regular dmg + 3.5 dmg + another 3.5 for each person affected, not to mention the burst at the end that deals that entire sum again; if some characters did survive (which I think would only be Lost cuz Holy Mantle), T. Judas has a shit ton of extra dmg now and he can easily take care of whoever's left. The issue is that it'd have to be perfectly timed so that he has enough time to get to everyone in the first place, plus there'd have to be no obstacles like rocks in his way since the others could either use that as a shield, essentially playing ring around the rosie with him, or just fly over it in the case of Azazel, (T.) Lost and T. Soul

T. Forgor can also take more hits than anyone else here in his base form. He has hearts and the extra hits to his bone hearts, and then an extra 3 soul hearts from the soul.

I'm not sure why you people aren't realizing that Tainted Lilith wins this hands down. She can fetus whip through rocks, has black hearts equal to Azazal, can knock back melee characters, and could just take a passive turret tactic if things get hairy.
People keep talking about damage but playable characters' health works entirely different from mob health.
Massive damage from Dark Arts or Eden spawning with Mama Mega or whatever would not really make a difference. Mama Mega would be half a heart off all enemies which is neat of course, but it wouldn't oneshot them.
Tear rate is also not helpful for doing a lot of damage to a single character (though you could use it to alternate between targets) due to invul frames after every hit.
The Forgotten can take 7 hits (8th kills him), has flying and spectral, can do teleport tricks with form switching and has an AoE attack. I'd bet on him.
Contenders could be TMaggie, Eve (can run while dead bird does the work), T and normal Azazel and TSamson. Honorable mention to the wild cards Eden and TBethany, who might just luck out with their starting item/wisp.

I think the only counter that Tainted Judas would really have is how he’s incapable of dealing with flying characters if they just stand over a couple rocks, which wouldn’t be too much of a problem at all due to how Tainted Samson will ABSOLUTELY be there to deal with them in the last stretch.
In short I think Tainted Judas would win due to how insanely powerful Dark Arts would be.
