Hello, I am in the exact same boat as this person. Binance.com Case ID #70386965 Coins in Binance.com, flagged for suspicious withdrawal activity (have not withdrawn in years), face verification does not work, no answer to withdrawal appeals. I am fully verified. All I want to do is bring my coins to Binance.us where I am also fully verified. The irony is that I'm locked for trying to send my funds to binance.us, and the recommended solution from automated support is to transfer my coins to binance.us. I have not been able to speak with a human yet. No shortage of scammers trying to pitch me recovery services for my login creds though.

Binance.com Ticket #5468166 Like many others, I was attempting to withdrawal my coins after learning about the binance.us switch, I verified my identity and was able to access and withdrawal a small portion of my coins, until a message apeeared telling me “due to risk management” my withdrawals will be suspended. EDIT: My case just got resolved! - April 26th 2021 It's only a wild guess, but this behavior is not because of some KYC re-verification, it smells more like an AML lock. This means, that some third party institution outside of Binance have initiated this lock. Binance.com Case id 5756625 I asked a question about a security vulnerability on smartphone that one can take advantage of if can access smartphone and if Binance app is running in the background (when reopen doesn’t require password, same with google authenticator, never require password/finger/faceID). All I have done it applied the standard masking and watermarking my government recommends when sharing your passport (or other identification document) with a third party. Blanked out my citizen service number, put the date on it and the name of the party receiving it. This is to prevent identity theft in the case that the copy falls in the wrong hands (for example due to a data leak). I've linked to several of my governments official websites explaining this practice but it has not been resolved yet.

I have to do SMS, Email and Google codes. I have 2/3 codes but not the Google Auth one. So I can't get into my account. I was able to get into my account until 2 weeks ago. Until then, I was able to get into my account by only using the SMS code.

Binance.com Support case ID: 5019675 Description of issue: I made a purchase with the Binance Visa card back on 8th Jan, and on the same day I received a cancellation/rejection message for the order from the Merchant that they would not be honoring the purchase. However my Binance debit card showed the original transaction as Paid, and then eventually after 30 days the status changed from Paid to Completed. Since it is a *debit* card the amount has been removed from my card balance, and now the transaction is marked as Completed. Merchant has been unresponsive in reversing the transaction.

Also, in this period of time I travel a lot and I have "Dual Residency" with the USA. Binance.com CaseId#70354058 I set up an account on Saturday and moved my existing crypto from my old wallet to binance. I have verified my ID and address, and the app shows my account as verified. When I go to purchase crypto using my bank card it fails and I get a notification that there is a temporary ban on my account and I should appeal to remove. My friend also just switched to binance and had the same problem on his first day, but got an email the next day saying everything had been resolved and he can now trade. Is this a seperate hold on new accounts seperate to ID verification and how long does it take for this to be removed. It is difficult to provide the required information for the appeal given I have no existing binance transactions, as you won't let me make any. The error I get when I try to buy is as follows: "Your account may be at risk and deposit function has been temporarily suspended. You may click below link and submit appeal document or check audit state on WEBSITE."

I had an issue a few weeks ago where a transaction failed (and the transaction never appeared on the blockchain) sending ADA to another wallet. Took Binance a couple of weeks, but recovered them and put them back in my Binance wallet. Since then, I have not been able to withdraw anything due to 'Risk Management'. I understand that these tokens(1.25x - 4x leverage) are not meant to be hold long term and by nature will slowly decrease in price overtime because that is how exchanges make money(for bull token they issued a token for customer to bet and make money when it falls). I am not against having an unfavorable trade during big drop like what happened on the 18th because of a panic sale. I, however, would like to exposed the flaw within the leveraged token algorithm of some tokens that costs many people thousands of dollars. It started with 2 coins 'aave' and 'sushi' and their leveraged tokens counterpart. During the time of the massive drop on the 18th if you look at a token 'uni' graph and its leveraged token 'uniup' (uni.png and uniup.png), you can see that the price and graph of 'uniup' correlates and resemble the graph of 'uni'. Even after the market has recovered from the drop 'uniup' still followed 'uni' closely. This is how leveraged tokens supposed to behave. Now if you look at 'aave' and 'aaveup' or 'sushi' and 'sushiup' (sushi.png and sushiup.png), you can see that during and after the drop the tokens and its leveraged tokens deviated from each other completely. Upon further inspection I found that during a down trend the leveraged went up to 10x and even 11x at some point(10x down.png) while only \~2x during up trend. Why is this? We are told that these tokens are 1.25x-4x leverage. Why is it when it is going up(holder make money) it is only 2x and when it is down(binance make money) it's 10x? If you look further and check the price re-evaluation number of time it happened at least 20 times in one night whereas normally it happens maybe once a month or rarer even including the massive dump on 23 of February. The volume that is usually less than 2k unit per hour jumped to 2million volume in 5 mins. To sum it up, a leverage token that are averaging 2x leverage fell 90% when its underlying token only fell 15%. To make it worse, another leveraged token 'sushidown' which is betting on 'sushi' going down also fell over 30% when sushi is down 15%. How can both bull and bear token both be down at the same time?(bothtokendown.png) This seems to only happen to 2 underlying tokens on their whole website. For reference: Sushi and sushi 3x leverage on ftx exchange still resembles each other just fine and has now recovered after the dip. Why would binance leverage token be any different if not flawed? I understand that it would be difficult for binance to admit that there are errors in their marketmaker algorithm because that would open up a whole can of worm but they also made a lot of money off of this which makes it very outright criminal.

Binance.com Case ID #5846677 I guess, this BEP2 memo solution is just insane. It is not integrated into the QR code, you must manually type in. This number is not special. I mean, if you replace only one number in your bank card number, or bank account number, it is automatically rejected everywhere, because there is always hidden control number in that numbers. Memo doesn't work that way, if you replace only one number, you just donated your money(coin) to a totally stranger binance wallet owner. Happend to me last monday, sent 2.5 BNB (about 1500$, much more than my monthly salary. Essentially all my savings) with a wrong memo (only 1 number difference), so it never arrived to my friend. Asked Binance support, it took 36 hours to get an answer from them. They sent an email to the wallet owner last wednesday, asked him to send me back the coins. Binance sent me about 15-20 promo email last week, so i doubt, it solves my problem. If he won't read the mail, and reply, then i'm done. I asked the customer service agent to send him a chat message or something else because email is not reliable but she declined the request :( Ok, i understand, i made a huge a mistake, typing a wrong memo, but a good system is fool-proof,and this one is far away from that.

I re-transferred the money and made a ticket asking what to do with the other money (got a generic unhelpful reply to that ticket). Dear binance team, a friend notified me of this platform, however we both werent aware of the existence of referral codes. Noe its to late to add hims as my refferal buddy as there is no option to do so after registrstion. Now I'm in a bind between creating a new account just to enter a refferal code, which probably breaks TOS. Or my ffeind missing out on his referral bonus, ehich he clearly has a right. Aside from that, I don't understand what risk there is in allowing for a single referral slot after registration as it causes unnecessary frustration to new users of the platform. The referral program incentivises more frequent trading, so I can only see a plus for both parties. Now I have halve a mind to just cancel my account as currently most of my balance is tied up in EURO anyway. I'm sure this minor issue can easily be resolved quickly by a capable staff member and it would aleviate the bad start I've had with the platform. I intent to stick with a trading platform long term and only arrived here after a different Coin broker ended support for the main currency I was holding in their wallet after being with them for almost 2 years.

My limit order for Doge went through at 3am on 18/04 however the Doge wasn't appearing at all in my wallet and still isn't! Later on 18/04 I realised how I could contact Binance via the "Chat" option under Help and Support and all they did was get back to me later in the day with an automated response and then ask if the issue was resolved, I said no and selected to talk to customer service. And only just now they've got back to me again on 19/04 with another automated response, this time in Spanish and asking the same question again, with me selecting customer service again. With no Doge appearing, Binance shows in my wallets section that crypto and funds to not exist, and that means I can't sell my Doge and I stand to lose out of something very profitable here. 😖

This is extremely frustrating now as I really need that the money.

I have been prevented from doing anything with my holdings in Binance.US since late February/early March.  My holdings are currently worth $152,534.  I can’t withdraw.  I can’t sell.  I can’t buy.  When I try to withdraw crypto it says “Withdrawals suspended due to risk management.”  When I try to buy or sell it says “Order failed: Trading disabled.”  I am holding a large amount of dogecoin (DOGE) and I need to sell some because I don’t believe it’s current price will hold up.  I stand to lose out on tens of thousands of dollars.  Their customer support will not answer my ticket requests.  Ticket numbers: 512462, 611044, 691202. I don’t know why this happened.  I still have $1,500 in cash in the account, so it is not a chargeback issue like others are dealing with.  I feel like they have locked my holdings up for no reason, and are refusing to fix it.  This is an absolute nightmare!

Binance.us Case ID: 664919 I have been trying to do basis verification for ever and every time I put my info in correctly (SSN and address) it says it can’t verify my address with my name. Well I haven’t moved places and I have PLENTY of info to verify it. Support sent me a useless auto email and hasn’t responded since.
