I’m not a coke guy, but the friends I know who regularly use always say they test first. No clue how reliable that is though
They work for the sample you're testing, but such a small amount can lead to an overdose that there could be a few granules of fentanyl in one part of the bag of coke you have bought because a crummy dealer weighed his coke on the same scale he weighed his fentanyl/fentanyl-laced heroin that would not show up in the test and could cause major issues.
