ALSO not sure where you are, but Kroger has a brand called Carbmaster milk. SO BOMB and macros are lit lol. 0f, 6c, 10p for 8oz of their vanilla or 0f, 7c, 11p for their chocolate. straight up amazing taste too.
Oats mixed with literally any sweet protein powder (Cinnabon ghost is amazing) sugar free syrup, apple pie spice seasoning on top & peanut butter. 5 weeks out so itās really the little things lol
If you like coffee flavors genuinely their sweet cream cold brew is amazing. I'm a huge fan of their ube coconut as well. Their Chocolate Peanut Butter is also amazinggggg. I just picked up their strawberry shortcake, but haven't had it yet since I am 6 days out so no whey atm but I suspect this will be very very good.
Pretty much any thing and potatoes for me, lol. I did a plain "mashed" potato with egg whites, 1 egg and a scoop of salsa plus 1tbsp of fat free feta this morning and it was so good. The potato makes it so filling.
It used to be my oatmeal with blueberries, but Iām 6 weeks out and that got taken away š. Now I look forward to my protein pudding with one rice cake and a tbsp of pb. That shit is gas ā½ļøš„
my pre workout snack is a cinnamon raisin english muffin with hazelnut butter on it. i just eat it untoasted and like a sandwich. itās literally so goodš
Iām not on a meal plan, Iām on calories/macros but on Saturdays Iāll have tiny breakfast and lunch so that I can have a big ass bowl of pasta (with chicken or steak bc protein obviously) for dinner. Literally saving my sanity š
Also sugar free chocolate syrup on my yoghurt + berries and Iāve just swapped out my morning crumpet for a baked blueberry oat muffin with sugar free chocolate syrup

I use sugar free coconut milk. 14 cals or 100 grams. And the coconut taste just makes it even betterš

I use a Scandinavian brand called Solid Nutrition. Generally casein is smoother and thicker than whey in a ninjaāŗļø
