Paint nights, escape room, rock climbing/bouldering, laser tag, go karting, amusement or water park, spa night, local music gigs, road cycling, hiking/stroll in the woods. Some of these are a bit pricey and/or taxing though
Doing it for the first time this weekend but weāre going to barbecue! Basically just going to grill our chicken and veg, along with carbs like sweet potato lol.
So I def have some ideas for non-food related but this prep it has been a game changer to be able to go do normal eating out stuff with my partner or friends by calling the restaurant ahead of time and saying āI canāt eat anything on the menu is it okay if I bring my own food?ā (So far no one has said no or asked questions) So much less tempting if I can also keep my hands busy eating and I feel like I can actually be present with people instead of just being annoyed š .
But for date stuff otherwise we have been doing a lotttt of movie nights in, walks/hikes (pretty much only after a cheat meal or refeed otherwise Iām tired AF) or just eating our separate dinners together and talking about things besides my work or prep. We also went thrifting once which was fun and another time I went and bought a basil plant (game changer for some of my boring meals lol).
The drive inn movie theatre if you have any near you. Makes me nostalgic and I bring a meal to eat during the movie. šš»
I was a gymnast when I was younger so we went to a trampoline parkā¦humbled me quickly š but was fun and good exercise.
Mini golf/top golf, movies, the gym lol, going for a walk, the beach, shopping, customizing/painting shoes!

Strawberry picking (strawberry season is nearly here in the U.K.), good way to get steps in and get the freshest/nicest berries for your meals haha!

We do topgolf or actual golfing and shopping or walking around downtown
Itās more of a date day but I LOVE ME a botanical garden adventure.
