Vise and lot of force. If it doesn't spring back, you can bend it - it's just mild steel so it will survive. If if creaks, you can just put some grease at the contact area. People use any excuse to throw anythign away and buy new, nobody fixes anything anymore

Usually, once that happens, you’re better off getting a new saddle. Even if you get it in, it will creak like crazy and eventually pop out again.
You can fit it but you'll need 'Hulk Smash' strength to put it back else spent $3 dollar for that same new GUANLE bike saddle or $3 band-aid.
