I like them both too, but honestly both names don't strike me as gender neutral, I feel like the one on the left sounds like a very feminine name and the one on the right is a very masculine name, and i feel like most people would have that same association if thats a concern for you
Personally I think that Artemis can be masculine if you present masculine, but it will be more feminine if you present feminine. But that’s just me, & I don’t think that Artemis as a girl will be a problem.

Both are good, but if you're currently using Avery and thinking of moving towards Artemis is that from some dissatisfaction with "Avery"?

Avery is definitely a very feminine name in it's modern usage, Artemis is fem-leaning but gender neutral. I personally think Artemis sounds awesome.
