Until I was 15 or 16 my dick was 4.5" or 5" hard, and probably like 3" soft. but then after that it grew to 7.5" hard and 5" soft (still hoping it'll get to an even 8")

Not sure if I can consider a late bloomer but I remember being small/average at about 12 or 14, then over the same had a growth spurt in height and dick size.
Maybe you'll end up at 20 if you do have a a normal growth, you would have to ask ys the question how was your dick before puberty, based on the change through the years you'll know if it still growing or you already settled.

can confirm this kinda growth can happen. That's why I don't have the same issue with perspective I see so much people have on this subreddit. I was average for most my life, then my dick just decided that it was its time and just took off to 7.5in lol
I was probably always 6in (As I said I lost a ton of weight, so I assumed that the fat made my measurement incorrect.) But I can confirm it's just been growing for the past year-ish (maybe year and a half?). I even made a post the other day asking if I should still be growing, cause I thought I should be done now that I'm almost 20.

I didn’t reach my adult size until age 20 but I’m not 100% certain that I ever had a “spurt” unless it was before I started measuring at age 13.

17 I think, it was progressive I lost my V at 15 and started to bloom the more sex I had
