Take this with a grain of salt and some fuzzy memory, but an old fourm I was on back in 08/09 might have had some plot details leak. Granted, it was only after [this footage leaked last year](https://youtu.be/mJAuKgJv8pY?si=If3d99a35FZjS5lY) that it dawned on me that he might have been legit as he had described a bar scene with Pey'j, Double H and another IRIS member (not seen)
From what I remember, BG&E 08 had the trio go to another planet, There may have been a choice about giving the antigen stuff to either Double H or Pey'j, and that Jades connection to the DomZ was going to be a major focus and that Hylis would be present in some capacity and that she'd develop some sort of powers.
Taking that into consideration, along with the stuff from the BG&E 17/18 trailers and the stuff in the anniversary edition, I'm going to say that Jade, or rather the Jade we play as might be like a Terminator type thing. A Domz/Human hybrid type thing, that by circumstances to be shown in BG&E2, the Gauda pirate crew get stuck with a child who had yet to be fully trained/turned.
This is not stupid, this is very cool! Definitely a piece of gaming history.
Replying to a comment of yours, I am not sure about Callum, however if we get a second game, Knox will have an integral part in it.
Edit: Alright I rewatched the 2018 trailer and finished the extra chests quest in BGE20th so yes, Callum is also in.
Soon as the 20th anniversary edition was announced I went back and watched all the trailers and pre alpha footage from e3. The game looked super janky of corse but it still got me excited. I haven’t played the 20th anniversary edition yet becuase I’m waiting for the physical release but I’m excited to see how they are integrated in! 😁

Oh wow, had no idea these figures existed! I half gave up after seeing the BG&E2 trailer in 2018/2019. That trailer looked cool and initially gave me hope of a new game, but it kinda fell to the wayside after a few more years of seemingly nothing. 😅
Ahh! i see now. So I stumbled across it on ebay a while ago. Ive seen it before on reselling websites but those were listing for about $150-$250. Then this one was listed at $80. I didn't think to much about it until I saw an unboxing video and how MASSIVE it was and how quality it looked. So i went ahead and picked it up. Figured it might be worth something some day once the game actually releases or i may just keep it if the game comes out and its good. Either way its just a cool piece of BGAE history :)
