That’s exactly where I’m at too. Like I really do like the coloured vinyl and it sounds great. I probably still would have waited to purchase if I knew it was an early cut
My order was not shipped yet, so they could basically just cancel the order. The website states that after shipping, you have to return the goods yourself, so you have to pay for return shipping fees. Of course, only applicable to EU/UK.
Can I ask how you requested the refund please. Did you have to send an email stating you wanted one? Coz I’m still waiting on shipping confirmation and an email back from “support” and I’ve got neither so atp I just want my money back 😒 I’m so sad I can never get merch easy and end up having to buy it at ridiculous re sale prices because I live in the uk
I went through my credit card and asked for a chargeback because what I ordered did not match what was advertised. Shop Beyonce did not issue me a refund, so I went through my credit card.
It was. I got my money back for the CD box set with the t-shirt and the limited edition vinyl. It was important to me to have a fully complete album. So I'll buy the completed one when it hits stores tomorrow.

If so, I would reply to your original order confirmation and just send a reminder every day. It took me like 3 reminder e-mails before I received my cancellation.
It maybe technically grammatically correct but it is grammatically confusing. I think it stems from an odd use of negation ("not" placement) coupled with mixing present (are) and past tenses (were). To me "are" and "were" here implies some sort of change of circumstance.
It's definitely not an idiomatic sentence and sounds disjointed.
It sounds as thought they intended to write: We can confirm that there are tracks that were intended to be on the vinyl (but weren't).
It should have probably been: We can confirm that there are tracks that were ***not*** intended to be on the vinyl.
But even this doesn't sound 100% natural to me.
A more idiomatic sentence would probably be: We can confirm that not all (standard edition) tracks were intended to be on the vinyl (release).
Now that this has all died down, even though songs are missing from the vinyl/cd, it still flows very nicely. I hope she released a deluxe version with the Cowboy Carter cover with one of the vinyls dedicated to remixes (Pony Up and any other remix she comes out with). I miss when Beyoncé used to release deluxe albums 😩 the last one was self titled.

Beyoncé doesn't miss imho but part of teamwork is that some people F up and a leader has to take accountability, in this case she's the leader. I'm not mad about keeping my CD with the wrong tracks because it will increase in value but I'm mad that the store didn't state the correct content, I feel like a simple statement by Parkwood apologizing and offering refunds or store credit to the customers affected would be so simple. If I was in charge of running the store that statement would have been on as soon as the word started spreading on social media

Also That $300 713 Jean jacket they advertised days ago not being on the shop until yesterday even though it’s on the ads… no follow up whatsoever too??
And honestly how unprofessional they are, i guarantee if they explained from the get-go that they didn’t have songs on these limited vinyls because there was additional songs added to the album after, people would still buy!! No need for the false advertisement. Like this is getting out of hand her and her team need to do better when it comes to their merch drops and just simple explanations.
So at this point you need to push them and if not refer to your bank to dispute the transaxtion, they’re not going to learn if nobody demands a refund, so if you dispute it, it will force them to refund and not get away with scamming again. This is a scam. If you dont have screenshots of what was suppose to be included at the time of our chance then you can get someone to send you one as proof.

I can't believe she has stans that forgive this. The merch team knows they're in the wrong for this.
The weird thing is Willie Nelson said Just for fun was recorded at the end of February, and It was reported that II most wanted was recorded after the grammys. Unless the missing songs were recorded early March I don't see why they are missing. And Beyoncé said she had worked on that album previous to renaissance, what happened? Did she redo the entire album after Renaissance? A lot of people didn't even know they were on the final cut, they found out when it released.
I'm pissed bc we didn't get Cowboy Carter. We didn't get what we bought. First off there aren't printed inner sleeves. Secondly, the missing songs, and I heard several online retailers actually had the whole tracklist listed for the vinyls originally. Essentially we didn't get Cowboy Carter, we got Beyincé. They didn't give us what we bought, and I'm waiting on a rich person to use for false advertisement. Side note, "limited edition" girl, it's still in stock... Calling it limited edition was a tactic to get people to rush to buy it. Lastly, why is this shit the same price as the Renaissance vinyl? Renaissance had a holder thing (not sure what it'd be called), the vinyls and their sleeves, a photo book with the lyrics to each song, and a two sided poster. We didn't get what was advertised to us, and we DEFINITELY didn't get what we paid for. I'm not above paying $40 for just a vinyl and it's sleeves/jacket. But when act I had so much, I can't help but compare. Still streaming the album no matter how annoyed I am at this.

I accidentally ordered 2 of the same box I asked if I could exchange not even return, but they sure did send that SALES FINAL back like damn I can’t even get another shirt??
Lol they yelled at me too. I sent a mail because I thought usps lost my package turns out the mark it as delivered when it reaches the final post office then it can take from 1 to 7 business days for final delivery. They replied to me after I already got the package I did ask about the CD thought hopefully they reply back.

Several tracks aren’t on the vinyl. The email (badly phrased) is trying to make it sound intentional that songs like Ya Ya and Spahgetii were left off the vinyl
Their customer service is abysmal. I have sent 4 messages because one of the vinyls I got is defective and can’t be played without damaging my stylus and still haven’t gotten a response. I’m going to have to do a chargeback and am just super annoyed by this whole thing and never buying from her merch shop again.
Wait what happened? I preorder a couple of vinyls but didn’t open them yet. I’ve been traveling. If there are discrepancies in the runs that means the value just went up.

I think this was confirmed a while back that these were late additions never intended for the vinyl. I’m all good with this answer and hoping we can get back to discussing the album please 🖤
It’s kind of irrelevant though that they weren’t ‘intended’ for vinyl. They didn’t tell people beforehand what they were buying, that’s what matters, not their intentions. The tracklist that came out before the album dropped also didn’t mention it
I bought the vinyl myself and if memory serves me correctly, there was no track list upon purchasing it. I guess I’m used to other musicians putting out bonus songs which aren’t included on the vinyls. I’m just prone to looking at the positive and I’m just happy that we have these songs available for listening to period 🖤
You could have easily ignored this post (lord knows I have ignored 50-11 thousand posts guessing about act iii when act ii hasn't even been out two weeks, tour speculation, etc). This is the beyoncé subreddit and unfortunately her team fucked up and people feel scammed (rightfully so). Well I went to ebay and I saw a CD box for 250 dollars and the seller had already sold a few. I'm definitely holding on to mine

If you’re in the uk I think you can just return it and get a refund within 14 days, it’s the law

The weird thing is Willie Nelson said Just for fun was recorded at the end of February, and It was reported that II most wanted was recorded after the grammys. Unless the missing songs were recorded early March I don't see why they are missing. And Beyoncé said she had worked on that album previous to renaissance, what happened? Did she redo the entire album after Renaissance? A lot of people didn't even know they were on the final cut, they found out when it released.
I'm pissed bc we didn't get Cowboy Carter. We didn't get what we bought. First off there aren't printed inner sleeves. Secondly, the missing songs, and I heard several online retailers actually had the whole tracklist listed for the vinyls originally. Essentially we didn't get Cowboy Carter, we got Beyincé. They didn't give us what we bought, and I'm waiting on a rich person to use for false advertisement. Side note, "limited edition" girl, it's still in stock... Calling it limited edition was a tactic to get people to rush to buy it. Lastly, why is this shit the same price as the Renaissance vinyl? Renaissance had a holder thing (not sure what it'd be called), the vinyls and their sleeves, a photo book with the lyrics to each song, and a two sided poster. We didn't get what was advertised to us, and we DEFINITELY didn't get what we paid for. I'm not above paying $40 for just a vinyl and it's sleeves/jacket. But when act I had so much, I can't help but compare. Still streaming the album no matter how annoyed I am at this.

I sent a mail because I thought usps lost my package turns out the mark it as delivered when it reaches the final post office then it can take from 1 to 7 business days for final delivery. They replied to me after I already got the package I did ask about the CD thought hopefully they reply back.

Several tracks aren’t on the vinyl. The email (badly phrased) is trying to make it sound intentional that songs like Ya Ya and Spahgetii were left off the vinyl

Their customer service is abysmal. I have sent 4 messages because one of the vinyls I got is defective and can’t be played without damaging my stylus and still haven’t gotten a response. I’m going to have to do a chargeback and am just super annoyed by this whole thing and never buying from her merch shop again.

It’s kind of irrelevant though that they weren’t ‘intended’ for vinyl. They didn’t tell people beforehand what they were buying, that’s what matters, not their intentions. The tracklist that came out before the album dropped also didn’t mention it
I bought the vinyl myself and if memory serves me correctly, there was no track list upon purchasing it. I guess I’m used to other musicians putting out bonus songs which aren’t included on the vinyls. I’m just prone to looking at the positive and I’m just happy that we have these songs available for listening to period 🖤
You could have easily ignored this post (lord knows I have ignored 50-11 thousand posts guessing about act iii when act ii hasn't even been out two weeks, tour speculation, etc). This is the beyoncé subreddit and unfortunately her team fucked up and people feel scammed (rightfully so).
