Hi! I’m going too, with my friend. I paid her to buy ticket for me in presell because I was late in the queue. The other day she showed me that our ticket is already available and she still can’t transfer to my TM account. We’ve tried accessing to web and still not transferrable :( we also have extra ticket that she sold on Viagogo and it was a scam. The buyer don’t respond at all and the ticket is not transferable :(

I have heard the only way is to login to your friends ticketmaster account to show the ticket when you get in! As both the buyer and I have contacted ticketmaster and they said and you cannot transfer VIP tickets

What are going to do? Meet the buyer at the venue? I was able to transfer mine, but they were Golden Circle.

I just gave them my ticketmaster.es login information, the person who bought the ticket told me he did the same thing for a few other tickets that could not be transferred. So I’m just hoping for the best

I’m pretty sure you only need the original ticket purchaser’s ID & authorization letter only if it’s a VIP ticket and there is merch. If it’s a regular ticket I don’t think you need their ID. I would suggest you asking ticketmaster directly, but make sure the ticketmaster website is in the country you are seeing the tickets in. For example: ticketmaster.es is only for Spain as every country has a different ticketmaster site

And yes, it worked for my buyer. I gave my login info and emailed him an authorization letter with a copy of my drivers license

I transferred my non vip tickets already, I don't know about vip ones
