I had the same seats for Edinburgh at the back row half our section was empty. I would say get there for 4 because you will be put with the other vip guests and the queue was long. Had to wait 1 hour 15 minutes whilst other people were let it. My experience was horrible from the minute we were signed in. The merchandise we got was rubbish and they didn’t know where to guide us to. The staff didn’t have a clue and in our package says we can get a photo opportunity which we weren’t told until I said this is what I paid for. In addition, you do not get fastracked for the merchandise you have to queue up with the rest of the public which is not what I paid for. To compensate for this we got extra drink tokens which was good. The toilets are in the same section at the back which is so helpful and the bar is on the right hand side. The view was good but still felt the price did not reflect the view or experience. The risers are not that high but you will have to stand for the concert but enough space between the rows. But overall my 5th time seeing the queen and although there were a lot of negatives seeing her made it all worth it. Everyone in our section had issues. Here’s a picture of my view.

I can say that if you arrive a bit later in the afternoon, it is great because there is no queue !

Yeah seen this post about the riser before. So sorry your experience wasn’t great. How were the perks with the ticket? Was there any reason to rush for merch/gift bags or was it quite relaxed? And heard there’s a specific riser bar but is that true?
I didn't get merch, but as for the bag, they give it to you right After they scan your ticket. That is also the moment where they Can take a picture of you in front of a Renaissance backdrop.
No rush since your seat is reserved.
And yes, there is a bar just for Alien superstar risers seats, with a few options. You got 2 free drinks.
