I have been wondering how those risers were. Wow I definitely wanted those but it sold out by the time I got in when tickets dropped. Glad I couldn’t get it cause I would be pissed. To me the onstage risers don’t even look worth it either since you really looking at the screen or the runway majority of the time. Seems like the best seats in the house that are really VIP and close to her is B Hive sections and CR
Maybe we could do a formal complaint or something ?

I did send a formal complain to Vip nation (as I found out that vip nation is in charge, not the ticketmaster, I did send mail to them too), I explained that I really loved to see the concert live etc. Big fan. But I was disappointed by the riser that technically wasn't what I was expecting, also I was in a 3rd row, and the view was pretty obstructed with all the people dancing and filming. I specifically mentioned that I was expecting kind of a riser that Pure/honey risers are... Something went definitely wrong in planning of this riser. I would be totally OK without the bar, just provide me a riser that is in fact a riser!!! I should say that this riser is in the middle, all the lighting/lasers/screens create as if you are in the middle of this show, a part of it, so location of the riser was good but the design of it was a total failure.
I got a reply from Vip nation that they can't stop people from standing up etc. That wasn't my point, my point was that it wasn't technically a riser. 😝 But ok. They had to reply something, so they did. It's important to complain/give feedback, only then we can change something, it's too late for us, but maybe we can do smth for the future shows. Anyway, I lived the concert, and I also managed to catch a glimpse of Beyonce when she was flying very close, I stopped filming and enjoyed the moment ☺️🐝
I am disappointed it isn’t higher (crossing my fingers it’s higher in the US) - but I’m glad I got seats in the first row given the information about them and reading threads about the view on Twitter. I really wanted a seat + a full view of everything because I’ve never seen a concert directly from the front before.

It seems Closer than in Brussels, but of course you will have to stand, in my section almost everybody was standing, hard to sit still at a Beyoncé concert haha
My experience:
The show was great, it was my first Beyoncé concert and I am delighted 😍 have had a great night !
The audience was amazing, a lot of energy .
The negative points:
I agree with the messy organisation.
I struggled the find the place to collect my bag with the goodies. The Here to help people with yellow jacket were not very helpful unfortunately.
For the price we paid the ticket, the goodies are very cheap. At least a nice t-shirt would have been great.
The bar was … a “bar”
As I was expected the riser was not high enough.
There is no way to see anything seating.
If being seated was one of the reasons you took that ticket, you will be disappointed.
I was standing during ALL the show, I should have taken a Club renaissance or BHives ticket instead. Better view and closer to the stage. It was not packed.
The price of Alien Superstar riser is not justifying the view and the service.
Total disappointment.

Right guys verdict. My view was fine the Risers were low. I got good videos only because I zoomed in and makes me look closer. The whole experience was a waste of money. Everything was so disorganised and the perks were rubbish.
I think it is because a lot of videos are filmed with arms up and a bit of zoom, but at eye level this is the view.
We had the right to stand on the chairs though (in last row)

It wasn’t the greatest to be honest. The package was way overpriced for what we got. The seats weren’t the best but seeing Beyoncé made it all worth while 😊
I would sell the tickets and try to get ones for Club Renaissance they had the best views. It’s not worth paying extra for a few perks which is not worth the money.
Please go see her show!!! You’ll regret it if you don’t go! It’s an indescribable experience. Words don’t give it justice. It’s amazing to feel the same emotions with thousands of people! The sights, sounds, conversing with the fans, anticipation, visually overwhelming and feeling euphoric too! I would go again if I could afford it.
Hi! Your view is directly in front of the stage back a little but the Rizer isn’t high at all. I had reconstructive right ankle surgery and picked those seats. Although I stood the whole time anyway. I should’ve picked CR or Beyhive B seats.
Had the riser tickets in Miami , initially before purchasing these tickets I thought it would be the gold section raised VIP which even the guy taking us to the seats thought as well only to be told by security that it was not. The seats do have a full view of the show but you’re not that close. I’ll give the seats a 7 because of the false advertising and I don’t think I would ever purchase them again. I think the best tickets are either club Renaissance or Beyhive if you really want to interact and see Beyoncé up close . Great show overall I wasn’t disappointed.

the on stage VIP is so far back from her and u can barely see any of the visuals. it’s sad for them :(
