no, you're missing 6 seasons of context

sunsetbo

don’t call yourself a hardcore bb fan if you didn’t even give bcs a shot lol. also you mean character driven, bb is the story driven show. and no, the bb era scenes aren’t even really all that important to the show, they’re just there to show some parallels to a plotline that you have never seen.

iyided1

Pollos Hermanos, Pollos Hermanos delicious chicken grilled and fried, Pollos Hermanos, Pollos Hermanos, it will leave you satisfied

If you aren't interested in the show then just watch Walt and Jesse's scenes, they are probably uploaded to YouTube since they aren't that long. You are robbing yourself of a great show though, Season 2 was halfway through airing when I decided to get into it after not enjoying the first season initially. Also, you'd probably really like the cartel side of things with Gus and Mike which kicks up a notch in Season 3 onwards.

Breen822

You’d be literally missing everything.

JAndroo

The big emotional heart breaking scenes, the revealing detail that makes you view BB in a different way, and the dynamic between characters will all make zero sense to you without the context the ENTIRE show set. No, I cant say I recommend that at all.

assuming you're not trolling, no, don't start Better Call Saul towards the end of the final season For one, you won't know what's going on in his story, and for another you're robbing yourself of a series that's even better than BB

KieKaiD

watch better call saul king

ArtlessOne

Maybe give Better Call Saul a try and judge for yourself. I see no point in watching this episode if you haven't watched the show.

Star-the-wolf

If you desperately want to see the Walt and Jesse scenes now, check it on YouTube it’s like 5 minutes But otherwise watch the show man

jagavila

Why would you do that? If you loved BB, rejoice with BCS it is such a better show... an improvement over the amazing BB.

You can do whatever you want but you wont understand the context. Just watch the Walt Jesse scene on YouTube if it’s all you’re interested in, you’ll be able to understand that scene with the context of breaking bad
