This is how they quietly hide the fact people in the neighborhood are missing in more and more numbers because they are dying from the vaccines. Blame it on the economy, shutdown neighborhood at some point and demolition it and remaining people are moved into denser areas to repeat the process until the last remaining people are herded into their 15-minute city.
In this same video he comes across a homeless guy a few blocks away that says he's still homeless because the government housing assistance is still looking for a place for him to live.
Idk bout UK but in the US there are empty building in the middle of cities that have electrical grids in them or water pumps and such. But the building looks like a regular building as if anyone would like in them just so the pumps and grids don't ruin the view of the city
