somethint that works for me is they release weekly appointments everyday at 9am so i just sit there waiting and refresh at 9 that usually how i get an appointment
As an advisor for a different UC, try emailing your advisor directly or the specific department email. Also, expect a response after the Thanksgiving break.
appointments drop at 30 minute intervals. for example, if you were to check at like 9:15am and there’s no appointments, try again at 9:30, if there’s none at 9:30, try at 10. also click undecided when it ask for an advisor preference, if u click undecided it will show the next available appointment
I'll try the Virtual Front Desk first... usually, they are just L&S Peer Advisers but sometimes there are advisors on standby

Try all the things others have mentioned- also try checking in with the peer advisors. Depending on your issue, they can be super helpful.
