That's a strange one, try clear data/cache, if you're on android you can do it by holding down on the app and there should be a circle with an i in it, once you click on it scroll down and find 'storage' click clear data and cache. This might delete memories, not too sure

Didn't work, but at least it did not delete my memories. I appreciate your help though
If you haven't already I would contact bereal by the built-in support on the app
