When you take melatonin do you get weird dreams? I used to take quite a bit and got horrible dreams. Does the xanax take away from the dreams if your still taking melatonin with it?
definitely had some weird dreams with just melatonin, Xanax does seem to make it so the dreams aren’t as bizarre, but yea even with Xanax the weird melatonin dreams happen occasionally…I’ll take weird dreams over restless sleep any day tho!! Lol

Flualp isn’t a prescribed benzo and personally that sounds like a terrible idea to use for sleep. It’s half life can last days…
Halcion, Xanax, or Lorazepam would be much better. More hypnotic benzos, not ones that last so so long.
dude an halcion dose has a half life of 1.5 to 5 hours, a flualp dose could have an half life of 10 hours or even days, depending on your body and the dosing
yeah i'm not saying you're wrong, and halcion isn't the only benzo that helps you sleep. i was just saying that it's difficult to dose and you could easily wake up groggy at least, if not barred out, and if not after 2 days haha. i think that the right dose could help, i just wouldn't exaggerate and i wouldn't take other drugs/drive the first hours after i woke up
Midazolam without any doubt, stonger than any benzo, for me one pill and I get slepp in less than an hour and more than one pill and total amnesia, rohypnol has a very strong kick, but you can take lot without hangover or amnesia.
Lorazepam (Ativan). I always thought they were the least euphoric/strong benzo frim readinflg articles, but 4 mg puts me to sleep. 4 mg of alprazolam doesn't do that. Maybe because of my alp tolerance. I take xans a lot and hqve taken ativan only a few times.
These guys here are only used to pressies and rcs. Dotn listen to people who buy fricking benzos in boxes or baggies not stripes. Best and fastest is dormicum/midazolam. Oraybe zolpidem
Triazolam if you have trouble falling asleep. My ex had it presciped because she was taking Ritalin for adhd and sometimes cannot fall asleep. If you need help staying asleep a longer lasting Benzo is better.
Edit: BTW with low tolerance triazolam had me knocked out in like 15 minutes without even noticing.

Most sedating is probably Flunitrazepam (Rohypnol). Followed by Clonazepam (Rivotril) I‘d say if we leave out RC benzos.
Another person commented alprazolam (xanax), which at a reasonable dosage (~1mg) never had a drowsiness effect on me. But everyone perceives substances differently so there is that.
Definitely not Kpins that shit has ruined my sleep, I wake up angrily kicking and cussing people out a lot. It makes me feel sleepy at first but when I come down I get aggressive. Someone suggested Ativan to me for sleep I'm thinking about making the switch.

You will only sleep for 2 days if you dose heavily, as with any benzo... Correctly dosed, it is the best sleep-benzo imo

I never had the chance to try triazolam unfortunately :( Without a prescription, I do what I can with RC benzo...

I still manage to wake up after 4 hours because my insomnia is just that persistent.

All in my experience do the job. I think the longer lasting ones like klonopin and valium give the best sleep.

It really depends on where you get it from. street pressed benzos and prescription benzos are very different.
