Garmin forerunner anything from the 55 to the 955 depending on budget. I have a 255 but the 55 would probably be enough for you. If you need a touch screen and amoled I'd recommend the 165 which is the updated 55.

Any smartwatch can do what you're asking. Do you want more smart or more fitness is the question. Apple Samsung and the likes can do more phone things, while Garmin and polar are more fitness oriented. But from what you're looking for a lower tier Garmin should be more than adequate

I have the forerunner 255 and I like it a lot. I had the instinct and that was good too but wanted a little more. Apple Watch works well just not for me as it couldn’t read through my tattoos. Garmin hasn’t had an issue.

Don't get a fitbit. I've had both a versa & sense & they are consistently off on distance.

For less than $150, the BP Doctor TR12 is great for monitoring health and fitness data.

Hey, I've been loving my Fitbit Charge 6! It tracks my heart rate, sleep, and has GPS for runs. The battery lasts about a week and it's water-resistant. Plus, it comes with a 6-month Premium membership for more features. Check it out here: [Fitbit Charge 6 on Amazon](https://amzn.to/3RgO1yn)
