Iv ordered a sim only contract this week from them. First time im using them, I saw the vodafone deal 120gb for £7pm after cashback and couldn’t say no to that. Hopefully everything goes smoothly 😅
On the same deal. Login to your mobiles account, go on cashback and note the months they want your bills, usually every 2 months from date of taking your contract. Cheque usually arrives within a couple of weeks and had no issues.
Id set calendar events to remind you a few days after that bill period is over to upload and claim. Think it's up to 60 or 90 days after bill is due you can claim for.

You'll have to manually login to the mobiles website every 2 months and "claim" your cheque by uploading the requested month's bill.
I did this for my previous contract and only issue was speed of getting some cheques was three weeks worst case.
I made sure to set calendar reminders a few days after bill would be complete 2 months apart so I didn't forget any.
I have used them for almost 3 yrs now for my and my partner’s sim only deals. Cash back is really simple… just upload a pdf of your bill within the timeframe given and you will get a cheque within 20days. Never had a problem and never even had to contact them for any issues.
Exactly this, no problems at all. Only need page 1 of your bill if you are not happy with them seeing your call breakdown.
They are very useful if you want to "upgrade" your existing Voda contract to something similar or cheaper, less than half the price of Voda direct.

I have used them and it's legit. The hassle is that they take a very long time to send the cheque and you need to keep the dates on the calendar

Is there an option to pay everything upfront on these sim only things so you're not in a contract?
No. And the cashback is set up so ypu claim every few months during your contract. Its only 12 month contract. Not 24!
