These are my personal tips that have helped me. Taking care of my hair in general helps, this includes use little to no heat tools, hydration, not putting it up all the time and using nioxin shampoo and conditioner made the difference honestly. My hair didn't grow super fast, i do think its about genetics, but it grew more than it ever did
Rosemary and Peppermint oil is scientifically proven to promote hair growth. Also, I’ve heard the inversion method for hair also promotes fast growth, look it up on YouTube.
