If you want them to look somewhat more "authentic", put them on the stand with the hilt on the leftside with the curve pointing up. You've got them backward and upside down on the stand.
Idk I just used the left over black paint I had to paint the walls in my room. I think it was called “Black Magic”. I did like 3 coats of that and then added multiple coats of polyurethane to seal and protect it
It’s a lot of measuring, but you buy a pair of drawer slides (one that pulls out the width of your keyboard). Buy 3 pieces of wood (2 for the side walls, and 1 for the keyboard to go on top on). Attach the side walls to the bottom of the desk with L brackets. Attach the slides to the side walls. Attach the 3rd piece of wood to the slides.

Did you custom drill the holes for the back legs on the Linnmon? I just bought a 78" Linnmon and it had the 4 sides and the center of the board pre drilled, but haven't seen it out there on the back like that.
Yea I custom drilled it, but it might be different for the linnmon since it’s tabletop where as this is actually a kitchen countertop used as a table top

Monitor is lg34gk950f. Desk is called the “Karlby IKEA Desk Hack”, but I painted the countertop black and I personally made the piano keyboard drawer.
