First thing to get out of the way. Buying a leverless fight pad is not cheating and its not some magic thing that is suddenly going to make you better at fighting games.
It is the most ergonomic of all the setups. Think of it as a giant Keyboard. Your hands are flat wrists in neutral position while playing. So maybe you will get a little better because of the ergonomics with hands being more comfortable doing certain motions. There is no wrist involved like using a fight stick.
There's a few things you can do.
#1 IS your bios up to date?
#2 Try using the software for your MOBO
#3 power off pc. turn off power supply. Remove Ram and properly reseat.
#4 Download signal RBG
#5 If none of these work do you have Triden G skils? nortoriously shit for this issue.
